Not financial advice

Everything on BtcForecaster (the forecast ranges, probabilities, alerts, track record and explanations) is general information produced by a statistical model. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold Bitcoin or any other asset. It doesn't take your circumstances into account. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to give investment advice.

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and you can lose all the money you put in. Make your own decisions, do your own research, and consider independent advice before trading.

No guarantee

A forecast range is a statement about likelihood, not a promise. A 90% range is expected to miss about one time in ten, and sudden jumps can land far outside it. Past accuracy, including the published track record, doesn't guarantee future accuracy.

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and running, but we don't guarantee that the data, forecasts or alerts are correct, complete, timely or always available. Market data comes from third parties (Binance, CoinGecko, Deribit) and can be delayed, wrong or missing. Alerts may arrive late or not at all.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Using the site fairly

• You may view, share and link to the site's pages for personal or editorial use. The press page has text and images you can reuse.
• Don't try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or load it with automated requests. The public API (/api/live-stats) is for light, reasonable use.
• Don't present our forecasts as your own advice or service, or resell them, without our written permission.

The site's design, text, code and charts belong to Pelusoft Limited unless stated otherwise.

Ads and other sites

The site shows ads and links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or services. An ad isn't an endorsement.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
